ST. JOHNS, ANTIGUA, MAY 23, 1995......Sports International Ltd. (OTC-"SBET"), today annnounced the signing of a definitive Letter of Intent with IntraCorp. Inc. to joint venture in the establishment of a Virtual Online Casino which will accept prepaid wagers on casino-styled games, from slot machines to blackjack, on the Internet World Wide Web.

IntraCorp. Inc. is a major developer, producer, and marketer of PC-based computer games, under the Capstone and The Next Move labels, among other trade names. It created the popular Trump Castle Seriescasino games, and its newest game series, the Casino Tournament of Champions, on CD-Rom. Sports International Ltd.'s Antiguan subsidiary handled in excess of $48.0 million in sports wagers from U.S. and international bettors in 1994, its first full year of operation. Customers, after establishing a prepaid debit account, administered in Antigua, place wagers on sporting events via an 800 telephone number to live sports agents at the data processing center in Antigua.

Michael Simone, president of Sports International Ltd. stated, "...This is an ideal partnership. We are experienced in management of all tupes of wagers and are currently accepting Proposition Bets on the Interne, and IntraCorp. Inc. is one of the leading developers and producers of interactive computer games. It has the expertise and know-how to quickly adapt the Casino Tournament of Champions games for money play on the Internet..."

He further stated, "...The cost of managing and operating the proposed virtual casino is almost nonexistent when compared to a live casino. This will allow the partnership to offer a wider variety of games, with more attractive payoffs, and compete more effectively for the estimated $168.0 billion wagered last year in the U.S. alone. Add the convenience and privacy of the home, and this new way to wager on sports and casino games could grow even faster than the home shopping networks on TV..."
