Inc. to joint venture in the establishment of a Virtual Online Casino which will accept prepaid wagers on casino-styled games, from slot machines to blackjack, on the Internet World Wide Web.
IntraCorp. Inc. is a major developer, producer, and marketer of PC-based computer games, under the Capstone and The Next Move labels, among other trade names.
