Any scholarly work exploring the intersection of the law with science and technology will be considered. Article submissions must be a minimum of 30 pages, double-spaced. Casenotes and Comments must be a minimum of 20 pages, double-spaced. All submissions must follow the citation format of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th Edition). Articles without citations or largely incomplete citations will not be accepted. Articles should be accompanied with an abstract describing the author of no more than 250 words, the author's contact information, and the author's resume.

Submissions may be made in one of three ways: e-mail, U.S. Mail, or private courier.

Review Process

Each submission is reviewed by our Articles Editors, who make a recommendation to the Admin Board on whether to extend an offer to the author. Our review process normally takes about 5-7 days from the time the submission is received. The author can expect a decision within 10 days of submitting the article. If an author wishes to have expedited review of their work due to outstanding offers from other publications, please make note of this with the submission, or contact the Journal by e-mail or telephone.
