Nicole is a member at Kaufman & Canoles. She serves as Chair of the Data Privacy and Security Practice Group. Nicole regularly assists clients with data privacy and security concerns, including cyber preparedness and incident response. Nicole helps clients understand their privacy and security risks and plan accordingly. In addition, she works with clients on cyber insurance coverage and claims and regularly reviews and negotiates third-party vendor contracts for data security and privacy concerns.
